At Regal Theatres, we strive for total customer satisfaction; if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Regal account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and documentation are included to avoid processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the return label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
